While not an address matching utility, APT Mailing Assistant will use your zip code information to print the proper postnet bar codes on envelopes and labels. The group mailing facility is perfect for mass mailings such as Christmas cards, party invitations, etc.

And printing single envelopes and labels is no problem. Label sheets can be reused until all labels on a sheet have been printed. Most common label types are already included, but the custom label feature allows you to define almost any other type.
