Low quality images (bad scans, noised images, images that were saved with a high quality loss) can be enhanced by one mouse click. ARTEyes supports free image rotation, flipping, antialiasing (smoothing). It can also apply the sepia effect and other graphic filters, adjust hue, contrast, lightness and sharpness.
One of the most interesting features is applying the “torn edges” effect. The program has 12 masks for creating such stylistic effects.
