The Bricolsoft Zip ActiveX is a zip compression component that allows developers to quickly add advanced zip capabilities to their applications. It is a unique solution that was designed for ease of use and rapid application development.
1. FEATURES
With just a few lines of codes Bricolsoft Zip lets you include complex data compression that rivals that of leading zip utilities. Some examples include BZip2/LZMA/PPMd compression, multipart archiving, ZIP64 large file support, WinZip AES encryption, self extract, Unicode filenames and comments & more. Multithreading and asynchronous operations are also supported.
2. CONTROL
With our ActiveX component your application is always in command. Progress events report file and operation completion while a multitude of other events prompt for and allow your program to select appropriate corrective actions. You can abort an operation at any time.
3. EASE-OF-USE
Bricolsoft Zip's interface is intuitive in design and has built-in constants, enumerations and types that work with your IDE's auto complete features to simplify code writing. It seamlessly integrates with a variety of programming platforms such as C#, VB.NET, VB6, VC++, Delphi, C++ Builder & more.
