Eduinfo InstaHelp is a free service that provides webmasters with Live Website
Monitoring and Enables the visitoors to chat with the webmaster whenever he is
online.
This serviceis aimed at small websites whose webmasters work from home.The
service has two parts
1. A small 5 line javascript code which must be embedded on each page of the
website.
2.A small ( < less Than 300 KB) operator software that must run on the computer
of the person who is montoring the website.This software does not run behind a

In case the webmaster is not online a "Leave a message Icon is displayed on
your site"Clicking on this icon will open a small window with a simple email
