Software realization principle
Based on SMTP, POP3 protocol, Email Backup Pro can backup and monitor all the emails that were sent or received via email software(e.g: Outlook Express) in the Local area network.

Software function

A.Email backup function
It can backup automatically all the emails that were sent or received via email software(e.g.: Outlook Express) in any computer in the Local area network. It conveniently search and manage all the emails.

Email backup catalogue can be setup by users.
B.Mail retrieval function
Counts all sent and received emails
Conuts email quantity,email size,mailbox
Counts email sent quantity rank table(According to IP or mailbox account)
C.Mail inquiry function
The backup mail may be inquired directly in the software according to the following parameter:
Mail sent or received time
The mailbox address that receiving or sending email
The IP address that receiving or sending email
The email subject
The email key words
The email attachment

Different to the similar software
1.Backup and monitor the email in time.
2.Only need to be installed on the local area network gateway or the proxy server instead of users’ computer in local area network.
3.Based on SMTP, POP3 protocol, all emails that sent or received by this two standard protocol can be backup and monitored.
4. The NDIS standard was used in the gathering core module. Processing the data being gathered by the bypass way, so there is very small influence on the gateway performance.
5.User or computer without permission may be forbidden to send email in the local area network.
6.No additional program installation is needed on the monitoring target computers.
