The Muscle Selection Mode allows you to pick the muscles you want to exercise by clicking on the 3D generated color images provided. Using this mode, FitnessBliss will create weight lifting routines taking into account your choice of muscles and the fitness equipment you have access to. The Pre-Built Schedule Mode allows you to choose from 22 standard pre-built weight lifting routines. 15 of those are for specific sports (baseball, soccer, golf, hockey, etc) and 7 are for specific body region improvements (firm abs, larger chest, etc.). The last mode allows you to create weight training routines from scratch, adding one weight lifting exercise at a time from the list.
