Starting from the left to right on the UI you will first see a green check mark indicating that you are connected
to the Immunet cloud. This means you are actively able to receive threat protection from the Immunet Cloud and that you are able to contribute back to it to help build Collective Immunity for your own community and others.

If you see a red radioactive symbol this means that Immunet Protect is not able to contact the Internet and
communicate with the Immunet Cloud. If you encounter this you should first check to see if you have Internet access period, you can check this by trying to visit a website (preferably one you rarely visit) to see if it comes up. If you do have general network connectivity but are not able to see Immunet Protect connected close the window and wait for a brief period of time and try again. Immunet Protect will attempt to reconnect to it's cloud every 30 seconds. If after several minutes it still does not connect please mail Immunet for support.
