This system also generates serial numbers that are not directly tied to a specific user name giving the flexibility to transfer registrations from one user to another with the same serial number. Registration Creator also has the ability to identify computer systems through a unique SystemID which allows for serial numbers to be tied to a specific computer providing true copy protection.
