Lan messenger is an ideal business solution for secure network messaging without the need of a server. Users can send a message to multiple recipients. With the option of automatic generation of a contact list, see who is available and who isn't via the right hand panel of the window. The winpopup lan messenger is very flexible, for example, you can change the look of the message with font size selection. Users can select one of the few message templates to customise message content. Lan users are able to send a fast reply with just two clicks of the mouse. Express feelings with attractive emoticons to enable better understanding of the user's meaning. The winpopup lan messenger supports Windows XP, Windows 98/ME/2000, Windows 2003 Server and Windows NT 4.0 Select sounds to be played when sending or receiving messages from the twelve sounds (*.wav) provided by the winpopup lan messenger. With a user-friendly interface, the lan messenger is easy to set up, simple to use and does not need administering. Configure the contact list and specify groups of contacts with ease and flexibility. Inform others of your presence or absence by selecting one of the user status options. The lan messenger has a chat feature also. It is a separate window for communication with each user. Thus, you can be in touch with several people and chat different topics without getting confused. Receive unlimited email technical support from friendly staff. Retrieve message history via the message log window that also allows searching, filtering and exporting of important messages. Users will find the lan messenger easy to deploy as the lan messenger does not need the use of a server and works immediately upon installation. Office workers or students can send attached documents for instant discussion of the work. Get the instant attention of the receiver by selecting the 'high priority' option for the message. Instant messaging has never been easier to configure and use.
