DjVu Converter can reformat raster e-books (e.g. DJVU or PDF) for devices with small screens such as PDA, phones etc. Tool automatically recognizes text and image zones, scales and reflows text and scales images to best fit target screen size. Tool can convert any printable document. You can specify target screen (page) size and orientation, text zoom and margins. Preview of conversion results is available. Output format can be HTML or PDF. HTML output format supports book content generation, hot zones for nex/previous page navigation and 2-click "go to page" feature. HTML format is especially usefult for devices with touch-screen. GUI and command-line mode are available. GUI implemented as wizard-like interface to simplify conversion process.

This tool takes an image (or series of images) as an input and process pictures areas and text areas separately. For image areas the scaling and rotation are applied to best fit an image with the mobile device screen size. For text areas a tool does recognition of the words, scale each word to the specified size (you can easily setup this size with converter's UI) and reflow the words to the page that corresponds your mobile device size.
